Thank You 2012 by Daniel Henderson : Personal trainer Coogee ...

I want to use this week?s blog to reflect on the past year and excitedly look forward to 2013.

Coastal Bodies has experienced some terrific growth in 2012 and this because of the awesome team we have built and the remarkable clients that inspire us each and every day.

Our clients have achieved remarkable results and their effort, commitment and energy make the studio a real place of joy. Clients are dropping body fat like Julia Gillard?s approval rating, dominating runs and endurance events and looking superbly fit. This is why we as trainers got into the industry and we take away an amazing sense of achievement seeing our clients succeed.

Our little Coastal Bodies team has swelled in 2012 and I want to take the opportunity to publically thank them. Zara has given me enormous administrative support and done all the things superbly that I do poorly. New trainers Bec?s, Shane, David and Cristian have fitted in seamlessly and are outstanding trainers. They are enthusiastic, passionate and have ingrained themselves in the Coastal Bodies culture. They care for their clients and have their best interests at heart.

We have had great success in expanding our semi-private personal training classes and the 8 week challenges have been sensational. Our product range has grown significantly to further assist clients with their goals.

We are looking to expand our physical premises early in 2013 and have some other exciting developments in the wings.

Our vision is to inspire people to improved health and fitness and I can confidently say we have achieved that in 2012. I am looking forward to seeing more people improve their health in 2013.

I also wanted to wish everyone an awesome Christmas and New Year. I hope you have an amazing break and enjoy time with friends and family.

See you in 2013!
